Feature: Remove the YOLO-World open-vocabulary engine
User Story
As a maintainer of dora-zed,
I want the open-vocabulary detection engine removed,
so that the node carries no CLIP tokenizer, text encoder or runtime vocabulary machinery.
Requirements
Delete src/engines/yoloworld_onnx.cc and src/engines/yoloworld_onnx.h.
Delete src/util/clip_tokenizer.h.
Delete src/test_yoloworld_onnx.cc and its CMakeLists.txt target.
Delete scripts/export_yoloworld.py and scripts/export_clip_text_encoder.py.
Remove the update_vocabulary input handling from src/main.cc.
Remove yoloworld_onnx and the open_vocab alias from the ZED_ENGINE dispatch.
Remove ZED_ONNX_TEXT_ENCODER_PATH, ZED_ONNX_CLIP_VOCAB and ZED_ONNX_CLIP_MERGES.
Remove Engine::set_labels and label_names if no remaining engine uses them.
Remove the open-vocabulary sections from README.md.
README.md documents no open-vocabulary engine and no update_vocabulary input.
Notes
802 LoC across engine (415), CLIP tokenizer (226), test (114) and header (47).
The code remains reachable at tag v0.1.0.

- Delete `src/util/clip_tokenizer.h`.
- Delete `src/test_yoloworld_onnx.cc` and its `CMakeLists.txt` target.

- Remove the `update_vocabulary` input handling from `src/main.cc`.
- Remove `yoloworld_onnx` and the `open_vocab` alias from the `ZED_ENGINE` dispatch.
- Remove `ZED_ONNX_TEXT_ENCODER_PATH`, `ZED_ONNX_CLIP_VOCAB` and `ZED_ONNX_CLIP_MERGES`.
- Remove `Engine::set_labels` and `label_names` if no remaining engine uses them.
- Remove the open-vocabulary sections from `README.md`.
## Acceptance Criteria
- [ ] `git grep -i -e yoloworld -e open_vocab -e clip` returns no matches.
- [ ] The project configures and builds.
- [ ] `README.md` documents no open-vocabulary engine and no `update_vocabulary` input.
